1.   Payment must be made in full 14 days prior to hire 2.   25% deposit must be made at time of booking to secure reservation (non       refundable). 3.   Unless payment is made in full 14 days prior to hire you will lose deposit. 4.   Any changes to venue, times or distance exceeding 20 miles radius may       incur extra costs. Change of date or time can not guarantee that the car       will be available. 5.   Latest possible drop off time is required at time of booking, clients are       advised to bear in mind possible traffic conditions and photographers. Any       overtime incurred due to time over-run must be paid in full at drop off       at the rate of £40 per quarter hour. 6.   If, due to unforseen circumstances we cannot complete the hire, the       maximum refund will not exceed the original hire price. 7.   We do not accept any responsibility for any goods left in vehicle. 8.   Damage to vehicle either by the client, family members or guests is       payable by the client. 9.   Smoking of any substance is not permitted in vehicle.
